• Pricing: All orders placed online will be treated as an offer to purchase goods from us. Any reply that you receive from us shall not be deemed as our acceptance of your offer to purchase goods. We will only accept your offer and, therefore, a contract shall only be made once we despatch the goods to you and confirm this by e-mail. Acceptance will be deemed complete once we have sent a confirmation of despatch e-mail to the e-mail address you provided (whether or not you receive that e-mail.) • Card Authorisation: As part of our security checks to protect genuine cardholders, we may request authorisation from your card provider for an amount not exceeding the value of your order. In the event that we reject your offer to purchase or we accept your request to cancel this order please note that it may take several days before your card provider cancels this authorisation.

Security is a TOP priority and we guarantee to keep any details you supply us confidential. We use a company called Protx Payment Solutions and they handle all of our transactions. We also do not send any card details with your goods avoiding any possible security issues in transit.

When you place an order by our secure server, your credit card details are protected from interception. Our servers offer 128 but ssl3 encryption of data transmissions, so your security is assured.

• Cancellation: Customers within the UK can cancel their orders for most items within 7 days of receipt of goods. Goods must be unopened; customers must take reasonable care of the goods while in their possession and return them in resalable condition. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt of returned goods.
  
  
• Exclusions: n/a
• Special Orders: Items delivered direct from the manufacturer and other customised special orders are excluded from your cancellation rights under the Distance Selling Regulations.
• We strongly advise that an insured, tracked delivery method (e.g. Royal Mail Special Delivery) is used to return goods. Please be aware that Royal Mail Recorded Delivery will only offer compensation up to £25 should a package not be delivered and therefore is not recommended for returning any items of a higher value. Return carriage costs are the customer’s responsibility.
• We reserve the right to deduct our post and packing costs from any refund unless due to faulty goods, this will generally be between £3.95 and £25.95. This does not affect your statutory rights.
• Cancellation rights only apply to customers within the UK.
  
  
• Returns: In the unlikely event that goods need to be returned to us, it is imperative that a Returns Number is obtained first to enable us to process your return as quickly and efficiently as possible. Returns received without the correct details will unfortunately be subject to delays. We strongly advise that a tracked delivery method (e.g. Recorded Delivery or Royal Mail Special Delivery) is used to return goods. Providing goods are genuinely faulty, we will reimburse your postage costs, up to a maximum of £7.50.
  
  
• Important: Please be aware that Royal Mail Recorded Delivery will only offer limited compensation should a package not be delivered and therefore is not recommended for returning any item worth over £40. We strongly advise that Royal Mail Special Delivery is used to return such items.
  
  
• Refunds: We will endeavour to process all authorised refunds within 14 working days. In the interests of helping the environment, efficiency and good business practice, we reserve the right to operate a paperless refund facility for amounts less than £10. I.e. we will credit your card/account electronically within 14 working days.
  
  

• Delivery: High value items are generally despatched using our Courier Service or Royal Mail Special Delivery, which guarantees next working day delivery within the UK. * Smaller and/or lower value items may be despatched using Recorded Delivery or Proof of Posting at our discretion. Please note that, as with any mail order company, delivery is out of our hands once collected from our offices.
  
  
• Guaranteed next-day delivery is subject to certain criteria which has to be met and is subject to stock availability and payment clearance. All credit card details are checked against the address details supplied. We apologise for any inconvenience caused but these procedures are in place to protect genuine cardholders.
• Our standard delivery service and guaranteed next-day service apply to the majority of the UK mainland. Remote parts of the UK and any delivery that involves a sea crossing may be subject to a surcharge of between £5 and £30 - we will always advise you of this in advance of accepting your order.
• Orders with a value of £50 plus can only be delivered to the cardholder's registered address.
• Orders with a value of under £50 can only be delivered to the cardholder's registered address or a confirmed place of work.
• In the event that our couriers return goods to us as undeliverable for any reason, additional delivery charges may apply to cover the cost of re-delivery. If orders are subsequently cancelled, any refund will have all delivery charges deducted from any refund amount given.
  
  
• Non-online orders: Only orders placed online will be eligible for free delivery if over £80 in value.

• Images: All product images used on this web site are only representative of goods on offer. Actual goods may not be exactly the same colour, design or packaging. In the event that you are not happy with any goods received, you have the right to cancel your order, return the goods in good condition to us within 7 days and receive a full refund of the purchase price paid.
